"Anna was responsible for taking our company photos including headshots as well as candids. The team of 20 were all super impressed with the results and the photos have been used across our platforms and even in the press. Would 100% recommend using Anna for any photography needs!"

Corporate headshots
Professional headshots for individuals and teams across Milton Keynes and London — for LinkedIn, websites, and marketing materials. I bring a portable studio to your office, shoot in 5–10 minute slots per person, and deliver a polished gallery within 1–3 weeks.
On-site, consistent, painless
The hardest part of team headshots isn’t the photo — it’s coordinating the schedule. I solve that by coming to your office with a fully portable studio and shooting in 5–10 minute slots per person, so individual team members are away from their desks for under fifteen minutes. Teams of up to 15 are completed in a single half-day; larger groups run across a full day or split into morning and afternoon sessions.
The setup itself is minimal-footprint: a 2.4m portable backdrop, two soft-light sources, a small props table, a folding stool. I work in any reasonable office space — a corner of the meeting room, an unused desk-zone, even a quiet kitchen on a Friday afternoon. The output is consistent: same backdrop, same lighting, same editing across every team member, so the headshots don’t look like a rag-tag mix on your About page.
What we shoot
Each person gets two looks within their slot — a friendly approachable shot and a more confident “professional” one — with one retouched final delivered alongside three unedited high-resolution alternatives so your team members can pick their preferred final cut. Backgrounds can be tailored: clean white for tech-forward brands, warm grey for traditional firms, or your office wall if you want something more environmental.
Personal headshots for LinkedIn and marketing
Individual professional headshots are equally welcome — whether you need a polished LinkedIn profile photo, a press-ready bio shot, a website portrait, or a consistent image for marketing materials. The setup is the same as a team session — clean lighting, neutral or office-environmental backdrop, two looks (a friendly approachable shot and a more confident professional one), one retouched final plus three unedited alternatives. Sessions are arranged at your office, an agreed location, or in central Milton Keynes by arrangement.
Group pricing
Per-person pricing is £150 for individual sessions or one-off team additions. For teams of up to 15 in a single half-day session I offer tailored group packages — get in touch with your headcount and we’ll work back to a per-person rate that scales sensibly. Larger teams typically run across a full day or split sessions, quoted separately.
Delivery
Edited high-resolution headshots are delivered within 1–3 weeks via a private online gallery, with download rights for company use.
Booking
Most team sessions are confirmed within 24 hours of enquiry. Get in touch with your team size, your office address, and a couple of date options, and I’ll come back with a quote and an availability slot.

Common questions
-
Do you photograph corporate clients in London?
Yes — corporate work is regularly shot across both Milton Keynes and London. London-based teams find the M1 corridor easy to schedule around, and headshot sessions for London offices are a frequent booking. Travel within Greater London is included in standard packages; further afield is quoted per project. -
Why do I need a professional headshot?
Your headshot is usually the first thing prospective clients, recruiters, and journalists see — on LinkedIn, your company About page, conference programmes, and press features. A professional shot signals that you take your work seriously, which is exactly the impression you want before someone has read a word about you. Beyond standing out from selfies and phone snaps, a properly-lit headshot stays consistent across every platform you use it on — same colour, same expression, same crop — which is what makes a brand presence look intentional rather than improvised. For teams, the difference is even more visible: a uniform set on the About page reads as a coordinated, established business rather than a collection of individuals. -
How do team headshot sessions work?
I come to your office with a portable studio setup — backdrop, lights, and props — and shoot consistent, professional headshots for each team member in a 5–10 minute slot per person. Teams of up to 15 are completed in a single half-day; larger groups run across a full day or split into morning and afternoon sessions. Headshots are priced from £150 per person, with tailored group rates — get in touch with your headcount for a quote. Edited high-resolution headshots are delivered within 1–3 weeks for use on websites, LinkedIn, and press. -
How often should I update my headshot?
Every 2 to 3 years is the standard guidance, or sooner if your appearance has changed noticeably (a new hairstyle, glasses, beard, or general look) — recognisability matters when someone meets you after seeing your photo online. Teams should refresh the full set on the same cycle so the website and brand materials stay coherent rather than becoming a patchwork of different vintages. A useful trigger: if a friend says "you look nothing like your photo" when they meet you, it's time. New starters can be added to an existing set in a one-off slot — get in touch any time for a single-person booking. -
What should I wear for my headshot?
Solid, mid-tone colours photograph better than busy patterns or stark white — navy, sage, burgundy, charcoal, soft cream, and dusty pink all work beautifully. Avoid logos, slogans, and very fine stripes, which can shimmer awkwardly under camera. Match what your industry expects: a tailored blazer for finance, law, and consultancy; smart-casual knitwear for tech and creative; a simple shirt or jumper for personal-brand work. Bring two or three options if you're unsure — we can swap mid-session and you'll end up with more variety in the final gallery. For team sessions I'll send a short wardrobe note in advance so the whole team's looks line up coherently.
